Hello my name is Tom Klingensmith, the founder and president of DCH. We are a family owned company based in Spring Hill, Florida dedicated to bringing your construction “dreams” to reality. I am a native of Brick Township, N.J., moved to Florida in 1976, and grew up in Pasco County. I am married to a wonderful woman, Wendy, and we have two beautiful daughters, Riley and Chelsie.
Tom and his wife of thirteen years enjoy spending time with their daughters who dance competitively and play the piano and violin. When not on the job Tom enjoys hunting for his golf balls in the wooded areas and natural preserves surrounding some of Florida’s best golf courses.
Our company focuses on the needs of the customer. We have built our impeccable reputation by maintaining an excellent relationship with our past clients, thus encouraging them to recommend us to their friends. We “build” more than homes; we build a relationship with the homeowner.
